My name is Matt Frederiksen and I am a student at the University of Phoenix working on my doctoral degree in health administration. I am conducting a research study titled Engaging Hospitalists to Support Regulatory Compliance Programs: A Grounded Theory Study. The purpose of the research study is to understand how hospital administrators can gain hospitalist support of regulatory compliance programs.
I am currently recruiting hospitalists and hospital administrators, including chief executive officers, chief nursing officers or directors of nursing, chief financial officers, risk managers, or compliance/privacy officers with four or more years experience in a hospitalists or hospital administrator role to interview at your convenience, which will take approximately 30 - 60 minutes. Please note, your personal information will not be released and you can be assured of strict confidentiality.
