Grant is a skilled subject matter expert in HIPAA privacy and security with over 11 years of experience as Chief Compliance Officer and consultant, providing HIPAA audits and attestation to healthcare organizations and business associates. Consulting engagements include:
► Conducting HIPAA privacy and security audit and risk assessments to healthcare organizations, including strategic consulting to corporate executive teams, compliance officers, IT departments and healthcare field locations.
► For business associates, conduct HIPAA privacy and security audits and attestation. An independent third-party audit and attestation is critical in verifying HIPAA privacy and security policies, procedures and business process meets or exceeds HIPAA requirements
► Providing guidance and assist in the identification, implementation and management of polices and procedures relating to HIPAA privacy and security.

► Helping organizations stay current with risk management best practices and compliance trends.
► Serve as a compliance liaison to ensure alignment between HIPAA privacy and security practices within the organization.
